Elyria – Connie B. Butkowski-Fraley (nee: Ward), 68, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at her home in Elyria, OH. She was born on June 26, 1956 in Holden, WV.
She was a graduate of Lorain High School class of 1974. Connie worked at Community Health Partners as a Billing Clerk for 23 years.
She is survived by her sister, Pamela Roe; 3 children, Ben (Valerie) Butkowski, Laura Butkowski, and Justin Butkowski; and grandchildren, Jordan Butkowski, Nicholas Butkowski, Luke Butkowski, Katherine Hush, Noah Godfrey, Emily Vogel, and Elizabeth Butkowski
Lynn Marie Donohue, 64 of Lorain died Thursday, March 20 at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She was born on March 12, 1961 in Lorain to David and Marcia (Karolak) Donohue.
Lynn attended Centerville High School and after graduation in 1979 moved back to Lorain, attended Lorain Community College and graduated with a degree in Computer Science. She attended Akron University and received a Bachelor Degree in Education. Her first teaching assignment was Hawthorn-Boone Elementary, then Garfield Elementary, and finally Mason Elementary.
