Virginia Lee Murray, 90, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2026 at Amherst Manor in Amherst, OH.

Virginia was born on December 12, 1935 in Lorain, OH where she was a lifelong resident. She worked at St. Joseph Hospital in Lorain before going to work at Autumn Aegis and Center Ridge Nursing Home for several years. She enjoyed dancing, country music, watching the Cleveland Browns, and going to the Amherst Eagles where she was a member of their auxiliary for 27 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Matteo and Angelina (nee Difillippo); daughter, Roseann Crundwell; sisters, Phyllis McKay and Malvine Cadwater; and brother, Guy Mannarelli.

She is survived by her daughter, Angela and Nancy Murray, Kathy Jones, and Marilyn Ivey; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and close friends, Irma, Frank, and Steve.

Services are private at this time with burial services at Ridge Hill Memorial Park. A celebration of life will be held on Virginia's birthday December 12, 2026.
